New Kodak Printer Media Kit- 8R

Cat#1090802 is a New media kit for use in Kodak 8800/8810 printers launching in the coming weeks to replace

Cat#1294966 on a stock turnover basis. *Please follow the guide*

This New kit will require changes to be made in your printers before use.

For 8800 Printers, perform the following steps:

Download and install a New color LUT (look-up table) to ensure proper color production on your prints.

You will need a blank flash drive for this download. Go to the following internet address.

Click on: Kodak Moments>Retailers>Support (on the right side) Kiosk Support> Open the dropdown menu and select

>Printer Profile and Firmware Downloads (for kiosk only) Open the second dropdown menu (select support document)>

8800 Printer profiles June 2024> Check English and the .EXE file on the right side (in red) is the download. Once

downloaded, you will need to unzip the file. Kodak uses 7-Zip to zip files. If you don’t already have it on your computer,

you can download it from this address:

Once unzipped, open the yellow folder and copy and paste the 8 files to your flash drive. Plug flash drive into a USB

port on the kiosk. Install on Kiosk: Setup>Install Software

Make certain printer is on and ready. Install takes approx. 5 minutes

For 8810 Printers, perform the following steps:

Download and install New Firmware version 6.07

Click on> Kodak Moments>Retailers>Support (on the right side) Kiosk Support> Open the dropdown menu and

Select>Printer Profile and Firmware Downloads (for kiosk only). Open the second dropdown menu (select support
